Mysti & the Doctors came together in July 2022 as a mashup of two bands: Mysti Mayhem and Lounge Doctors. Mysti is known for her soulful, powerful voice. Lounge Doctors are known for their impeccable musicianship on stage and in the studio.
The sound of Mysti and the Doctors could be described as indie rock/soul/blues. Flavors of jazz, prog and folk-rock influenced harmonies surface in the music. In short, the eclecticism of the Lounge Doctors with the power vocals of Mysti Mayhem.
The two bands first came together at Chatham Street Records in Cary, North Carolina, where both are represented. [More…]
